Whenever you write a new entry, the current date is set by default (29 August, PM in this example). On the right-hand side of your overview page (mobile view: bottom), you’ll see a calendar with a text box.You can see the date in the overview and also in the Edit mode. Click inside the text box to open the calendar and navigate to the desired year, month and day.The backdating scheme involved moving an effective date for the exercise of stock options from when the options were 'out of the money' to a date that made the options 'in the money' in order to allow certain executives to exercise their options profitably.
